The Austin’s Children Museum first opened in 1983.The aim of this institution is to provide brand-new, fresh and innovative learning experiences for kids usually 12 years old and below. The place is located in 201 Colorado Street. This city location is absolutely great as you have close access to the many shops, restaurants and eateries, where you can bring your family after your fun and exhausting museum visit.
The museum is open Tuesdays to Saturday from 10am to 5pm and on Sundays from noon to 5pm. Visiting children under 12 months are admitted free while children 12 to 23months old has an admission fee of $4.50 and 2years old and up is $6.50. Adults will have to pay the entrance fee of $6.50.
